What type of telephone service is acceptable?
We require agents to use a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) that uses copper wire to the home. Alpine Access does not allow agents to use VoIP telephone service that transports calls over any public network as it has potential quality and security issues that are not encountered with POTS. Cable services that are delivered to the home without accessing a public network are acceptable.All of your training will be done online or over the phone similar to online college courses. The training will be either self-paced/independent or lead by a trainer (or a combination of both).
How often do you offer classes?
Class offerings vary by client and by the number of agents we are training at any given time. Typically we offer several sessions of training, however training schedules are fixed and 100% attendance is required.Star-Jobs Online is an online recruitment portal that incorporates real-time matching technology to provide for both the employers and jobseekers. What kind of work would I be doing?
You will be answering telephone calls from the customers of our clients. Typically, those customers are calling to place orders for our clients products or services, ask questions about those products or services, or to ask questions about orders they have already placed.Just click on New User Registration in the Members Login section, fill up the form and then submit. Will you bill me from the US or from the Philippines?
We could bill you from both locations. We are incorporated in Delaware and have a US bank account for easy payments by wire transfer. We also have US representatitives available for handling payment in the beginning as well. Does an employee get to choose which program he/she works on?
We determine the best personality and other characteristics for agents for a given client then screen applicants for those characteristics. Are you in need of people to work late-night hours? Weekends?
While some of our programs operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year on a seasonal basis. The most common hours Alpine recruits for are Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm, with four hours on the weekends each week.Go to the Career Center by clicking “View Jobs & Apply”.
